Now, more than ever, the industry’s buying groups have never before been more crucial in helping their memberships navigate this stretch of time in the consumer technology industry. COVID, while it has brought sales surges in certain categories fueled by consumers’ stay-at-home behaviors, has also brought many hurdles – and to their credit, the buying groups have stepped up to the plate.
