Typically, at this time of year, we are making Thanksgiving plans, mapping what stores to hit on Black Friday and putting up our holiday decorations. But 2020 has been unlike any other year, and our holiday season will reflect that. With the ever-changing retail landscape, we all must be creative to get those shoppers into our stores or onto our sites.
